Hi, my name is Susan, and I'm a believer in Jesus who struggles with addictive and compulsive behaviors. My husband George and I are so glad you came to check out our site. We started this CR group in September 2005. Our large group is about 20 people each Friday Night. We are blessed to have a place to come together and fellowship with others who are struggling. Our hope is that if you are in need of fellowship that provides spiritual and emotional support, you will visit our group. All are welcome! The purpose of the Celebrate Recovery ministry is to fellowship and celebrate God's healing power in our lives through the "8 Recovery Principles" and "The 12 Steps of Recovery". This experience allows us to "be changed." By working and applying these Biblical Principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy and most importantly a stronger relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program, we discover our personal, loving and forgiving Higher-Power, Jesus Christ.
